Curves of Lake Forest Park was founded on the principles of respect, caring, and fun. We are located in the Lake Forest Park Towne Centre on the upper level near the entrance of Third Place Books. It is a fitting location since we believe Curves of Lake Forest Place is also a “third place”, a community center apart from home or work where women come together to benefit themselves and others.
Strengthening Women is the mission of Curves and aptly describes what you’ll find at Curves of Lake Forest Park. We offer an awesome 30 minutes workout that includes building muscles, aerobics, and flexibility training.
